These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Alpha CRM software-as-a-service (“Alpha CRM” or the “Service”) provided by Tsohar Group, a company registered in France with Siret number 88798855800011, and having its registered address at 29 Avenue Hoche, 75008 Paris, France (hereinafter referred to as “Tsohar Group”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).<\/span><\/p>

          To access and use Alpha CRM, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, password, full name, company name, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          Alpha CRM is offered in several subscription tiers based on the number of seats\/users:<\/span><\/p>

          – 1 to 5 seats: \u20ac125.00 per month<\/span><\/p>

          – 6 to 10 seats: \u20ac225.00 per month<\/span><\/p>

          – 11 to 25 seats: \u20ac525.00 per month<\/span><\/p>

          – 26 to 50 seats: \u20ac925.00 per month<\/span><\/p>

          – 51 to 100 seats: \u20ac1,625.00 per month<\/span><\/p>

          – 101 to 250 seats: \u20ac3,625.00 per month<\/span><\/p>

          – 251 to 500 seats: \u20ac6,225.00 per month<\/span><\/p>

          – 501 or more seats: \u20ac9,990.00 per month<\/span><\/p>

          You can choose to pay for your subscription on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through our payment processor, Stripe, which accepts a variety of payment methods.<\/span><\/p>

          Refunds may be available in certain cases if the request is submitted within 14 days of purchase, subject to our applicable refund policy and eligibility criteria. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the use of your information for these purposes.           Any data you upload, submit, store, or send through Alpha CRM remains your property. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish that content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.<\/span><\/p>

          We will retain your data for as long as you maintain an active subscription. After the termination of your subscription, we will retain your data for 6 months before permanently deleting it.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
