These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Alpha CRM software-as-a-service (“Alpha CRM” or the “Service”) provided by Tsohar Group, a company registered in France with Siret number 88798855800011, and having its registered address at 29 Avenue Hoche, 75008 Paris, France (hereinafter referred to as “Tsohar Group”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Alpha CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Service.
Alpha CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that provides a suite of tools and features to help businesses manage their sales, marketing, and customer interactions. The main features of Alpha CRM include:
To access and use Alpha CRM, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, password, full name, company name, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Alpha CRM is offered in several subscription tiers based on the number of seats/users:
– 1 to 5 seats: €125.00 per month
– 6 to 10 seats: €225.00 per month
– 11 to 25 seats: €525.00 per month
– 26 to 50 seats: €925.00 per month
– 51 to 100 seats: €1,625.00 per month
– 101 to 250 seats: €3,625.00 per month
– 251 to 500 seats: €6,225.00 per month
– 501 or more seats: €9,990.00 per month
You can choose to pay for your subscription on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through our payment processor, Stripe, which accepts a variety of payment methods.
We do not offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time, and we will stop charging you from the next billing period.
By using Alpha CRM, you agree to:
– Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
– Not violate any laws, third-party rights, or our policies
– Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
– Not use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
– Not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or its components
Alpha CRM and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by Tsohar Group and are protected by France and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Alpha CRM reserves the right to use client information such as email addresses and telephone numbers for marketing purposes or follow-up communications related to the CRM or any other services that the company may offer. This allows us to keep you informed about updates, enhancements, and other service offerings that may be of interest to you. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the use of your information for these purposes. If you prefer not to receive such communications, you may opt out at any time.
Any data you upload, submit, store, or send through Alpha CRM remains your property. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish that content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
We will retain your data for as long as you maintain an active subscription. After the termination of your subscription, we will retain your data for 6 months before permanently deleting it.
We do not provide any uptime guarantees or service level agreements for Alpha CRM. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind.
In no event shall Tsohar Group be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of Alpha CRM. Our total liability shall not exceed €1,000.
You may cancel your Alpha CRM subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms and your use of Alpha CRM shall be governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of France.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Alpha CRM website and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Service after the Effective Date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
